Well it's official...we are moving. Our time in Kingman is coming to an end. Since we have been married we have had to move where school or work has required us to be, which has been here in Kingman for the majority of the time. Now that Brit has fulfilled his committment here, we are free to move where we would like. We have been trying to figure out where we want to "really" settle down ad continue to raise our children. Just recently we were very close to moving to Idaho to a beautiful home, that luckily didn't play out as planned as we realized just how much we would miss our family. We want to stay here in Arizona to be close to the majoirty of our family, but we were unsure where. While we want to be close to family, we don't want to live in Phoenix Metro area. We want to live in an area big enough to support a job for Brit, give our children great opportunities as well as teach our children the improtance of work, and a place where the church is strong. Well, after doing some research and a lot of praying we decided on the Prescott area and couldn't believe how many job opportunities there were for Brit. He applied for several jobs and was invited to work at each of them as there is a big need. He did accept a position and will start working at the end of the month. Just yesterday (3-11-11) we placed a bid on a 5 bedroom house on 2 1/2 acres and hope to hear back from the owners soon. Our vision is to have animals, a garden, and some fruit trees (this is where we would teach our children how to work). Since we will be moving in two weeks we have started packing and we are neck deep in boxes and and still have a lot more to do. We are looking forward to this great opportunity to live in Prescott and live closer to family as well as closer to the beautiful outdoors for camping and enjoying mother nature. We are so grateful for the experiences we have had here in Kingman. There are so many amazing people and great friends that we are going to miss. Hillary, Abby, Kate and others; We will definitely have to do more of those girls weekends! We will miss you all so very much!!!
