Kenadee really wanted to have a camping party for her 11th birthday. She wanted to be able to sleep in a tent on the lawn with many of her good friends. Since it was last weekend before school started we thought it was a perfect party to host.
Here is the birthday cake I made for her. She requested chocolate cake with chocolate frosting...and that's what she got. I put a red small light in the center to look like a flame= Campfire cake.

Since it was a camping birthday we pulled out the Corn Hole game, and the girls loved it!

The girls had a blast jumping on the trampoline in the dark. We had a blow up movie screen for the girls to watch a movie outside, but it started pouring rain. So we quickly had to break that down and bring it in under the porch. We had to bring the movie inside where the girls sprawled out on the living room floor and ate popcorn. But the girls didn't want the rain to stop them from sleeping outside so we quickly set up the tent before it got too wet. So the girls stayed up late giggling and talking until wee hours of the morning inside the tent. They all had a great time at Kenadee's camping party!
