Color Run 2014

 I talked Brit into running the Color Run with me this year.  Brit is not a runner and doesn't like to.  He would rather be running down a basketball court or football field so it took some convincing.  We both decided that it would be fun to have Kenadee run with us too. I've ran multiple 5K's and 10K's but this was my first Color run and heard that this is more of a fun run so this would be a perfect race to run together. Here is Brit pinning Kenadee's race number on.

 During the course there are stations where they spray color on you.  Yellow was our second station.  Kenadee is starting to get the hang of it and thinking this is fun!

 I was able to go ahead of Brit and Kenadee so I stopped at the last station and waited for them to get their picture.  Kenadee's teeth were covered in color.  She was a funny mess!

We were surprised to see a lot of kids running the race.  Lots of people had funky wigs and tutus on.  We had to get a picture of these kids after the race.  They were too cute!

 After you pass the finish line they give you a pouch of color powder.  And they had a crowd listening to a DJ that was playing music for them.  So the crowd started dumping their powder all at once and it was a big cloudy mess!

Thanks Color Run 2014, it was a blast!  We had so much fun we all want to do it again next year!
