Here are a few random things that happened this month that has brought joy to my life. I teach a joyschool with a group of moms and I love it! It is really a lot of fun! Here is the group of 3 year olds at the Nativity practice at my house. I thought they were so cute all dressed up ready for their parts. From left to right: Bailey as the Inn Kepper/Wise men, Garrett as Joseph, Brylee as Mary, Abby as an Angel.
Brylee is getting ready to do her dance recital so the girls had pictures. Her dance teacher gets pictures of the girls a week before the recital so she can display them the night of the recital I just snapped this with my phone. She looks so cute!
I am an Activity Day leader for our ward. And we had an activity of a hay ride and caroling. We had hot chocolate and cookies for the girls. The girls had so much fun! Kenadee is is the pink hat.
It always puts such a smile on my face when the kids get so excited for bedtime since they get to ride on daddy's shoulders. He puts both girls on his back and shoulders and takes them to bed. Love this guy!
Kenadee's favorite Christmas book is "The Forgotten Carols". This book comes with a CD and has beautiful music that goes along with this story. Kenadee listens to this CD year round, she loves it! When I found out that they made a musical from this book I knew I had to take Kenadee. It was going to be tricky since we live in Prescott and we would have to travel to Tempe and there was only one show and it was on a Wednesday night. So I surprised her by picking her up at school and told her I was going to take her all the way to Tempe for a Mother/Daughter date. She was so surprised! So she picked Mexican food for her dinner meal.
And when we made it to the Gammage she was in awe! She was so excited to find out what musical we were going to see.
Here she is all smiles. We made it back to Prescott that night at 11:30, but boy was it worth it! Kenadee was in love and so happy we made the trip! Glad I got to share this experience with her.
