St. Patrick's Day

For St. Patrick's Day, we had the sneaky leprechaun come to visit us again this year. After his visit he left a note for the girls with the first clue attached for a treasure hunt. Kenadee was determined to catch him this year, but he was too sneaky!
.
We had our nieces visiting us for the weekend so they were here to join Kenadee and Brylee on the treasure hunt to find their "treasure of rainbows".
It took them around the house clue after clue.
And the final clue was in the dirty clothes hamper in Kenadee's bedroom.
The leprechaun left the girls a box of Lucky Charms.  They were extra excited to get a box of Lucky Charms since Mom never buys cereal like this.  So this was a special treat!
They also got a bag of Skittles with a note attached that said, "You are more special than any treasure found at the end of a rainbow."
The miniature trouble maker also turned the milk green.  We will have to set up a trap next year to catch this mess maker!

Shhh, but I think I snapped a picture of this sneaky leprechaun.  She even has red hair to prove it!

After our "sugary" breakfast Nana and I took the kids to Peter Piper Pizza for some lunch, games, and fun.
The kids had a great time playing games and winning tickets!
Happy St. Patricks Day!
