Halloween 2011

We had a great Halloween this year despite the business we have been.  Friday night we went with Uncle Nick and Aunt Maria to his work party. Brylee was dressed up as Tinkerbell. I am totally disappointed I didn't get a picture of her pretty shoes.  She had green sparkly shoes with white pom poms on the toes. So cute!
Daddy and his two girls (minus Natalee, but she will be able to trick-or-treat next year).

And Kenadee was Rapunzel.  Isn't she beautiful!
Mom and the beautiful princess.  I love to sing the song "Mother knows best" to her.  She just rolls her eyes and says "Oh mom".
There were lots of games and rides for the kids.  They were so excited to ride the pony rides.  My nieces that were there with us cried when they got on the ponies and were scared of them.  Kenadee and Brylee were all smiles. Brylee was trying to kick the pony to make it go faster. Ahh, that kid of ours!
 Kenadee enjoying her pony ride.
There was even a cake walk.  She won a cake on her first round and then a cupcake on the second.  Way to go Kenadee!
There was a petting zoo too.  Brylee made her way next to this duck and tried to pet his beak and he bit her right on the finger.  She was in shock, it took her completely by surprise!
We were a little late (ok an hour late) to our trunk or treat so it was mostly over by the time we got there. So we took the kids trick-or-treating and the kids had a great time.  Brylee was very scared of the costumes with masks.  She would burry her face in Brits chest so she wouldn't have to look at them.
Brylee dug right into her bucket when we got home.
This year we did our Halloween dinner at Nick and Maria's house since we were down in Phoenix visiting Natalee.  We had Nick, Maria, and family join us this year.  Here are a few pictures of our SPOOKY meal.

 Mummy dogs!

What a fun Halloween we had!  We look forward to next years celebration and sharing it with Natalee too.

I'm so glad you guys were able to have some normalcy & do Halloween with the girls, plus your spooky dinner! I LOVE the picture of Kenadee in her witch hat behind the "brew" - so awesome!
