Independance Day 2009

For the 4th of July celebration we went to Payson to spend it with my dad and Patty. We had a great time. Our day started off with the parade down Main St. This was about the most excited entry in the parade. There were no floats and it was extremely short. A little disappointing, but Kenadee loved it!Here is Kenadee with Grandpa and Grandma at the parade. We sat close to where the parade ended so a few people gave their balloons from their decorated cars to Kenadee and she even got a lei. She was pretty excited!

Just kicking back enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Payson. The weather was perfect. After I got home I realized I didn't get any pictures of Brylee because she about slept the whole weekend. She slept through packing her around, going to the farmer's market, being at the parade, and even through the noise of the fireworks. She is such a good baby!

We headed down to the park about 2 hours before the fireworks began and it was so crowded. So near by was the golf course so we parked our chairs and Kenadee and Brit played with the frisbee and Kenadee ran around on the green. When we parked we were all by ourselves. But by the time the fireworks started we were surrounded by people. There were so many people that attended the fireworks in Payson.

I couldn't figure out how to turn my flash off of my camera so the picture didn't turn out, but we had such a great view right down the fare way!
Dad, Patty, and Kenadee enjoying the fireworks.

Kenadee wanted to take a picture using the camera. So here is the finished product. She needs a little more practice, I know. But this was the only picture of Brit and I got together. We had such a blast in Payson. Thanks dad and Patty for all the great food, awesome company, and a perfect weekend!
