Over Kenadee's birthday weekend we went to Gilbert for the baby blessing of Jarrin and Railey. Even though we were not at home we bought her a giant cake to celebrate Kenadee's and Aunt Maria's birthday.
Since this was not a birthday party year we asked Kenadee what she wanted to do for her birthday. Without hesitation she wanted to go camping. So we let her take along her good friend Kennady. So we loaded the trailer and headed out to camp near Prescott. When we were looking for a spot to camp it was pouring rain. I was worried that it would rain all weekend, but after we set up camp it stopped raining and just rained a little on Sunday. The girls were excited that there was a creek nearby and they found some polliwogs. They bottled them up in a water bottle and ended up bringing them home to raise them into frogs.
Natalee trying to catch some too!
Of course there were many quad/motorcycle rides and the kids loved them!
Games in the trailer as the sun was setting.
And a campfire and s'mores when it got dark.
On Sunday we all went on a ride and found some wild blackberries.
Brylee wishes she was big enough to ride the motorcycle.
With all the rain that we received in Prescott everything was so beautiful and green.
And the creek was really running good!
What a fun weekend it was celebrating Kenadee's 10th birthday! We love you Kenadee!
