We took the kids to San Diego and Anaheim this year on vacation. Day 1 was a stop at the San Diego Safari Park.
Enjoying the sight of the flamingo's. Every time we told Brylee that we were going to see lions, zebras, and all sorts of animals she would say, "Are they going to be pink zebras or pink lions?" She's a little obsessed with pink these days. So here is the pink bird that she was so excited to see!
There were so many beautiful flowers and trees there. They were a sight to see along with the animals.

The lion was being lazy in the shade so we got a close up view. The girls couldn't believe how big the lions paw was. Good thing for this big glass window or these girls would of been a small snack for the lion!
Many of the animals were not caged so it was neat to ride on the open bus and see all the animals so close up like a real Safari! This is a typical moment of Brylee climbing on the seats and being the monkey that she is!

They had so many different elephants. We counted 12 that we could see.
This picture really depicts Brylee's personality. She is such a hoot!

We all had an awesome time enjoying seeing all the animal and enjoying the San Diego beautiful weather! The kids did great even though it was quite the walk since the park was enormous!
