Happy New Year! We had such a wonderful year of 2008. It was
definitely a full year and we know that we have been
truly blessed throughout this year. Here are a few major events of 2008 that happened to our family:
Kenadadee starting Preschool, Brit's graduation with his doctorate degree, Brit passing his physical therapy boards, a move to
Kingman, Brit was called as the ward mission leader, and a pregnancy with baby girl #2. We are
truly blessed in more ways than we know and are so
grateful for this last year and look
forward to what 2009 will bring us.
We had a fun New Years Eve spending it with our friends and all their kids. We did a count down for the kids at 10:00 and they were passed out by 11:00. They had fun counting down, tooting their horns, and pulling their string poppers. (Notice the big kid in the back)

And of course
Kenadee in her pajamas with a Sleeping Beauty costume on top of that, and butterfly wings had to be a part of the New Years outfit! Thanks to the
Divis family and
Rupp family for ringing in the new year with us, making all those delicious goodies, keeping Brit "Scum" just about every hand, and letting him dominate the "Oh heck" game!

Great post!! the only reason we made it to midnight was because we had family over, if it wasn't for that i don't think we would of made it.... man we're getting old! Anyway, I'm sure 2009 will bring many more surprises. Keep the great posts coming. take care
